All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Row-level security enforces strict tenant isolation across customer accounts.

We retain contact form submissions and demo requests for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected. Platform customer data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship and deleted upon request after contract termination.
